Tree at Timberline

This tree, which I suspect is a Hemlock, looks amazingly
like the Timberline symbol, as well as the tree itself is located
on the edge of the actual timberline.

I'm not going to post on Wednesday, the yard work is calling
and that is very relaxing to me.

I can't really say from the photo, but a dominant timberline tree throughout the Rockies is the Engleman spruce. That's my guess.

I wish we could be skiing alongside those beautiful trees right now. Ski conditions in western PA are negatori in July.
